first step to get this permit is apply work permit work permit issue by Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia in jakarta.

Requirements documents for work permit:

  • deed established of the employer (company based in Indonesia, can be PMA or Local company / PT)
  • Register of company by Ministry of law
  • Tax card of the company
  • NIB
  • other license issue by OSS
  • Report of Compulsory Employment Report in the Company
  • ID card + Tax card of director
  • ID card + Tax card of Indonesian citizenship worker as TKA Associate Workers who are employed
  • BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
