Rights
- 1. Engaging in activities related to education, as long as the multiple Stay Permit has been completed,
- 2. Engaging in activities related to tourism, and visiting family or friends,
- 3.Entering and leaving the territory of Indonesia as long as the Re-entry Permit is still valid.
Obligation
- 1. Obeying the laws and regulations,
- 2. Respecting customs, culture, and local wisdom
- 3. Having sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.
Prohibition
- 1. Residing in the Indonesian territory beyond the stay permit period
- 2. Engaging in the sale of goods or services
- 3. Receiving compensation, wages, or equivalent from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
Visa Application Requirements Requirements:
General requirement:

- A valid national passport that is still valid for at least 6 months;
- Proof of guarantee from the Guarantor or proof of child immigration guarantee;
- Proof of living expenses while in Indonesian territory;
- Latest color photograph.
Special Requirements:

- The child’s birth certificate has been translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator*;
- Child’s valid Visa/Limited Stay Permit (ITAS)/Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP).

Other Terms and Conditions
Stateless Foreign Nationals and Foreign Nationals holding travel documents (other than national passports) such as temporary passports, emergency passports, titre du voyage, certificate of identity, laissez-passer, or similar documents must provide a Re-Entry Permit to the country where the Visit Visa is applied for, along with a return ticket or onward ticket to another country (except for transportation crew).
The visa validity period is 90 days from the date of issue. If not used within the timeframe, Foreign Nationals must apply for a new visa to enter Indonesia.
