Activities

  • Biological child under the age of 18 (eighteen) who is unmarried joining with their parent(s) holding a Limited Stay Permit or Permanent Stay Permit.

Description of Activities

Joining for a biological child under the age of 18 (eighteen) who is unmarried, and whose parents hold a Limited Stay Permit or Permanent Stay Permit.

Rights

  • 1. Engaging in activities related to education, as long as the multiple Stay Permit has been completed,
  • 2. Engaging in activities related to tourism, and visiting family or friends,
  • 3. Entering and leaving the territory of Indonesia as long as the Re-entry Permit is still valid.

Obligation

  • 1. Obeying the laws and regulations,
  • 2. Respecting customs, culture, and local wisdom
  • 3. Having sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.

Prohibition

  • 1. Residing in the Indonesian territory beyond the stay permit period
  • 2. Engaging in the sale of goods or services
  • 3. Receiving compensation, wages, or equivalent from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.

Visa Application Requirements Requirements:

General Requirements: 

    1. National passport which is valid for at least 6 months 
    2. Guarantee letter from the Guarantor or proof of immigration guarantee from the husband/wife 
    3. Proof of having sufficient living expenses while in Indonesian territory 
    4. Recent colored passport photo

Specific Requirements: 

    1. Birth certificate translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator* 
    2. Marriage book or parents’ marriage certificate translated into Indonesian* 
    3. Valid Stay Permit (ITAS)/Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP) of the parents 
    4. Proof of medical condition or proof of guardianship translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator* (specifically for individuals above 18 years old with humanitarian/health considerations)

Other Terms and Conditions

Stateless Foreign Nationals and Foreign Nationals holding travel documents (other than national passports) such as temporary passports, emergency passports, titre du voyage, certificate of identity, laissez-passer, or similar documents must provide a Re-Entry Permit to the country where the Visit Visa is applied for, along with a return ticket or onward ticket to another country (except for transportation crew). 

The visa validity period is 90 days from the date of issue. If not used within the timeframe, Foreign Nationals must apply for a new visa to enter Indonesia.
